Dengkil, 22 Dec - In a recent management decision, the entrance B1 of Cerrado Suites was closed, which caused dissatisfaction among residents. This move forced all residents to enter and leave through entrance B3, which brought inconvenience to their daily lives.

The Cerrado Suites community is located in Southville City, Dengkil, Selangor. It is only 7.5km away from Universiti Kembangsaan Malaysia (UKM), making it the primary residence for many international students as well as many people who work in Savanna shops and restaurants.

Cui Linhan, an undergraduate student from UKM (Universiti Kembangsaan Malaysia), expressed his dissatisfaction: "I am a resident of Cerrado Suites, and I feel that this management has caused great inconvenience to my life. I want to go shopping and eat food in Savanna, but I have to make a big detour and spend more time than usual."

Cui emphasized, "This also brings inconvenience to my school life because I usually need to take a taxi to get to school, use Grab, and then I have to walk to the gate of the community to wait for the taxi. Now that I need to get up 20 minutes earlier every morning after the B1 door is closed, and my sleep is greatly affected, I strongly hope that the management of Cerrado will change this rule as soon as possible."

Ling Sijin, an international student from UKM living in Savanna, said, "We went to Cerrado just to visit friends. I didn't expect to use some of the facilities on the 7th floor. It was inconvenient for me to register with the app every time I came."

En. Azraei, the leader of the Cerrado Suites management said, “We received complaints from some residents. These residents believe that many people invite their friends who live in Savanna to enjoy the public facilities on the 7th floor. Because Savana does not provide facilities such as basketball courts, some residents said they could not exercise their rights well, so the management decided to open only the entrance B3.”

At the same time, residents are eager to hear what Cerrado’s management department thinks and their plans for the future.

En. Azraei continued, "We want our residents to make good use of our My Mash sing application, use their rights properly, and bring friends to Cerrado Suites to use the public facilities requiring timely registration. This is a policy that has been issued before, but it has not been fully implemented. That's why we're doing it rigorously now. We also hope that the residents can understand, respect, and strictly abide by all our rules. This is also to give residents a good living experience and a safe living environment. In the future, we will gradually open other crossings so that residents can enjoy a more convenient life."

This management decision has caused dissatisfaction and discussion in the community, with residents looking forward to the gradual opening of other access points in the future to alleviate their inconvenience.
